Embarking on a journey with us is both simple and rewarding. If you need help with the booking just complete the Form below and we will promptly reach out to guide you through the booking process and answer any questions you may have.

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is requested when you're ready to book. The remaining balance will be collected ninety days before your adventure begins—though you're welcome to settle the full amount in advance if you prefer.

Once your trip is booked, we'll stay in close contact, providing you with detailed trip information, and addressing any additional queries you might have as you prepare for your upcoming experience.

Trip Insurance

If you’re new to the concept of travel insurance, it’s designed to protect you from unexpected costs or losses during your journey. This can range from missed flights and trip cancellations to any unforeseen injury or illness while you’re away.

We highly recommend securing travel insurance for all your adventures—it provides the peace of mind you deserve, allowing you to focus fully on the beauty of the experience ahead.

Cancellation Policy

We have a firm cancellation policy, once you are registered the total of all fees are committed and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the retreat, your spot is fully transferrable.
